My first attempt at a green smoothie was a surprising one… I’ve thought about them, talked about them, read lots about them and then finally tried it.
The ingredients were banana, honey, frozen spinach, frozen zucchini, half an avocado, water and ice.
I prepared myself for the first sip and was pleasantly surprised – it was a smooth banana like flavor. The smell was less pleasant but tolerable.
I’m happy to add this recipe into my weekly breakfast smoothie routine !
