This homemade hummus was super easy to make. One can of chic peas along with 1/4 cup of juice from can, two tablespoons of olive oil, garlic and kosher salt to taste. Blend all on low for three or so minutes. Scoop up with your favorite cracker or baked pita. Mix in pesto or salsa to give it a kick.
