It simmered on high for about 3-4 hrs and low for 1. The taste was ok, meat very tender… borderline a great meat sauce / chili – not really the best chili but pretty darn good meat sauce. I started cooking spaghetti … My husband came home, tasted it – grabbed a taco seasoning packet stirred it in and TaDa – Chili ! LOL ok so I am on my way …. We added hot sauce. we all ate it, happily. They enjoyed it with pasta, I had it by it’s self in a bowl. Quite nice and no leftovers!
